Did you know that participation in an on-going exercise program may slow the progression of Parkinson's Disease? Get exercise everyday! It is one of the best things you can do to slow the progression of PD!

NEW DANCE FOR PD in Santa Cruz continues on Wednesdays

Dancing is one way we can all keep moving and have fun at the same time. Classes are held at Motion Pacific studio, at 131 Front Street in downtown Santa Cruz. They are on Wednesdays (except 1st Wed of month), from 1-2:15. Classes are free to participants (PWP and partners), thanks to a generous grant from Santa Cruz Comforcare.
