PEP Classes

 

One great form of exercise are the PEP classes, which include education, stretching, aerobic exercise, strength training, balance and functional mobility training designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's Disease. Classes are taught by Karen Nauenberg, MPT, Physical Therapist, PWR! certified unless otherwise noted.

Pre-Registration: Required.

Cost: Depends on class.

2024 Classes:

Tuesday or Thursday 9-10 am Parkinson's Movement Flow (In-person and virtual-live)

Tuesdays 10-11 am Parkinson's Movement with Ease(In-person)

Wednesday 11-12 pm Parkinson's Foundation (beginning class)(In-person)

Thursday 10-10:50 am Communication and Movement for People with Parkinson’s (In-person) with Griffin Butler

Fridays 10-11 am Parkinson's Cardio Stretch (In-person) with Janna Malizia

Location: PEP program Exercise Classes have moved to our new location and we are offering LIve and Hybrid (virtual option) to our Parkinson's classes.
